The manuscripts submitted are evaluated for their scientific content, equally for all authors regardless of race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, opinion, political affiliation.
The Journal of Education, Society and Multiculturalism publishes original articles from different fields: Education, Sociology, Multiculturalism, Psychology, Social Work, Social and Educational Policy . The journal does not accept articles sent simultaneously to several publications.

The JESM journal respects the legislation regarding the protection of personal data. (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The editorial board Is commited to ensure the protection of personal data. Submitting articles implies the consent given by the authors to the publishers regarding the online publication of: name, first name, affiliation, institution address, e-mail address as well as in the conditions of review and publication (review; storage during the review process; archiving for an indefinite period for the accepted works, respectively for a week , in the case of a rejected work; the period is calculated from the date of decision transmission regarding the framing of the article)
ETHICS IN PUBLISHING
The Journal of Education, Society and Multiculturalism is an open access journal. All the received papers are analyzed and assessetd by the Editorial bord and through a peer review process. The editorial committee encourages the publication of scientific articles under the condtition of respecting ethical values regarding scientific research.
The editorial committee ensure all the authors that the confidentiality and impartiality regarding the process of reviewing their works are respected. The acceptance criterion is: the relevance of the study for the field in which it fits, the observance of the drafting criteria and the scientific correctness of the work.. The articles will be published only after they are evaluated through the double peer-review process and obtain the "ready to publish" mention; works that do not meet the conditions for writing and structuring the content, will be sent to the author with remarks.
Publishers will asure reviewers anonymity. Publishers will provide guidance to reviewers regarding their expectations in the evaluation process.
INTER PARES ASSESSMENT POLICY
The complete double peer-review processtakes up to 2 weeks from the confirmation mail regardin the acceptance of the article for review process. After the review process, each paper will receive a response, including an evaluation report, from one of the editorial board members regarding the status of the paper, which may be: acceptance for publication, acceptance with minor / major changes, rejection.
This evaluation process is based on a system of mutual anonymity, and the editorial staff is responsible for communicating between at least two independent external reviewers (with academic affiliation / members of the academic environment and experts in the field of the article) and author (s) , fully ensuring the confidentiality of the request. Manuscripts sent for publication will be verified by an anti-plagiarism program. If plagiarized elements are found, the author will have to the chance the work, otherwise the article will be rejected from publication. The reviewers will declare any conflict of interest that may influence their objectivity.
The evaluation process will normally take place within a maximum period of 14 days from the submission of the article. The feedback of the evaluation process (acceptance for publication, acceptance with minor / major changes, rejection) is sent by e-mail by the editorial staff. Regarding the evaluation procedure, the main selection criteria can be found in the peer-review evaluation form ((EVALUATION FORM)
The final form of the article will be sent back to the journal's email address. In case of suspicion or accusation of possible plagiarism, the responsibility rests solely with the author, and JESM does not bear any legal responsibility in this regard.
THE EDITORS’ RESPONSABILITIES
Based on the recensors’ recommendations, the editors decide whether an article is accepted for publication. The redactional committee will publish any correctopn, clarification, retreating and appologies which are neccesary for articles/rewies, so that the presented information to respect the truth and not to bring prejudice to the journal’s prestige. The editors can request modifications of content or format.
THE AUTHORS’ RESPONSABILITIES
The author/autors will confirm whether the manuscript is original and will cite all the contents reproduced from other sources.
The author/autors will guarantee that the papers that are accepted for publication are not to be sent for publishing or are not already published elsewhere. The authors are not allowed to send their articles to another journal before the conclusion of the evaluation process and the announcing of the results. The authors who publish in JESM will keep the copyright of the article. The author/autors will anounce any type of conflicts that exist or may appear during the publishing process.
The author/autors will announce the editor about any significant error which may appear in the published paper and will cooprrate for the correction of tyhe error/errors, under any form considered adequate by the editor. Before publishing, the editorial board will request every author to fill and sign the document regarding the copyright policy.
PROCEDURES FOR CASES OF MALPRAXIS
The editorial board will not accept any non-ethical or non-deontological attempt or action.
All articles and/or studies that are proved fraudulent will be imediately withdrawn. The editors will respect the right os the readers and associates from the academic environment to be informed regarding any fraudulent or non-ethical acts.
THE PRIVACY AGREEMENT OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD
The names and email addresses posted on this journal site will be used exclusivelly for the assumed purposes of this journal and will not be available for any other purpose or elsewhere.
ANTIPLAGIARISM POLITICS
All articles will stand a process of antiplagiarism verification. The papers in which are detected elements of plagiarism that are not revised by the authors are withdrawn from publication.
CONFLICT OF INTERESTS
All the authors are asked to avoid any conflict of interests, actual or potential, such as financial, personal or of other nature relations with persons or organizations that might unadequately influence the publishing of their papers.

JESM is an open access journal.The full text of the articles may be freely accessed, free of charge for the user or his/hers institution.
