The contribution of the study is highlighted in the theoretical basis of the term <strong>representation<\/strong> in the field of psychology and mathematics teaching. The purpose of this paper was to investigate teachers&#8217; opinions on the process of mathematical representations\u2019 forming. Respondents are primary school teachers who have voluntarily agreed to take part in the survey. The research tool is a questionnaire created through Google Forms and applied online.
